We are privately owned company based on the North Cornwall coast that has over 15 years experience in designing, developing and producing plastic promotions and gifts.
We are primarily plastic injection moulders but we have over the years developed a unique series of printing processes that enable us to decorate flat plastic items in either spot colours or 4 colour process with outstanding resolution. We not only have a complete in house tooling facility that gives us unrivalled flexibility and surprisingly low tooling costs, making tools and jigs for our clients special requirements an easy task, but we also have a complete design and CAD CAM studio with a team of highly skilled and experienced operators that work both on Apple Macintosh and Windows platforms to complete the package.
A vast majority of our products are assembled by hand all of which is inspected and quality checked by our QA department before being packed to our customer requirements and shipped.
Over these 15 years our philosophy has been to constantly innovate and develop our production techniques and products to suit our customer's needs and demands.

To provide our clients with a cost-effective, highly
productive and reliable service we have invested in the latest state of
the art computer controlled technology –- Krauss Maffei moulding
machines. These machines enable us to have the capacity to
output 4 million pieces a month –- that's 48 million pieces a year!
To remain competitive with the Far East, we put a huge investment programme in place in 2005 to re-equip our printing, moulding and tool-making facilities with the latest technology.
